It Does. Your hosting provider plays a key role in your site’s speed, uptime, and security. While we’re happy to continue working with your existing host, we may recommend switching if it helps your site run faster or more reliably.
Our Premium and Elite plans include fully managed hosting for top-tier performance and peace of mind. If you’re on the Starter plan, you can add hosting for $32/month. Migration is fast, stress-free, and completely free if we get access to your current hosting account.
Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Yes, we offer WooCommerce support with our Elite plan.
Ecommerce websites require additional support to run properly, so we must dedicate the necessary resources and technical knowledge to keep your website fast and secure and your conversion rates high.
Do you offer phone support?
Although we don’t provide web support over the phone, we’re always happy to chat if you give us a call. For support, you can easily submit requests or report issues through Proto, and we’ll respond quickly and typically resolve your issue within 1 business day.
How long is the response time?
We respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. We also try our best to resolve your issues within this time frame.
Rest assured we respond as quickly as possible – we’ve been known to react in minutes. Repairs and regular maintenance may take some time to complete depending on what’s needed, but we’ll be in constant communication if more complex issues arise.

What content management systems (CMS) do you support?
We support WordPress. We can help you with any WordPress website, regardless of the builder (i.e. Divi, WPBakery, Elementor, Gutenberg), premium plugins, or hosting platform you use.
If your site is on a platform other than WordPress (e.g. Drupal or Webflow), we can connect you with an agency that supports that platform.

We’ve got you covered. Premium and Elite plans include 2 hours each month for extra requests, like customizations, troubleshooting, custom developments, or updates. For smaller projects, we offer fractional-hour billing to keep costs low.
On the Elite plan, unused hours roll over and can be banked, giving you even more flexibility.
