Can I purchase on-demand website editing support?
You can. Starter package customers can buy development and editing time for $150/hour.
However, if you choose a Premium or Elite plan, you get two hours of editing and development every month, included in the cost. Elite customers can also roll this time forward and bank it for larger projects.

Is there a one-time setup fee?
Yes, we charge a one-time $199 fee to get your site onboarded on our platforms.
We waive this fee if you sign up for a Premium or Elite plan.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, we ask you to sign a contract. It ensures transparency and sets clear expectations for both parties, protecting your business and ours. The Starter contract outlines all the details of your maintenance plan, so you know exactly what to expect from our services.
Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the Starter plan within the first 30 days, contact us and we’ll refund your purchase in full.
If you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you won’t be eligible for a refund. However, you will be able to use our service until the end of your current annual or monthly billing cycle.
You must cancel your Starter subscription at least 30 days before the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next payment period.
