Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, we ask you to sign a contract. It ensures transparency and sets clear expectations for both parties, protecting your business and ours. The contract outlines all the details of your maintenance plan, so you know exactly what to expect from our services.
Do you have a guarantee or refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our plans. If you’re not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, contact us and we’ll refund your purchase in full.
What if I cancel my subscription after 30 days?
If you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you will be able to use our service until the end of your current annual or monthly billing cycle.
You must cancel your subscription at least 30 days before the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the payment period.
Can I sign up if my site has been hacked?
Yes, of course! If your site is hacked before working with us, we get you onboarded right away so that we can clean it up and get it back online as quickly as possible.
Once onboard, these are the steps we take:
- Identify the issue. We first identify the cause of the hack. This may involve running malware scans, performing security audits, analyzing your server logs, and interviewing you about your recent activity on the site.
- Clean up the site. Once we have identified the cause of the hack, we remove all malicious code from your site. This may involve removing infected files, changing passwords, updating outdated plugins and themes, and renewing expired premium plugins.
- Lock down the site. We then take steps to secure your site so that it is less likely to be hacked in the future. These advanced security features involve adding firewalls, installing security plugins, and educating you about security vulnerabilities.
Get the site back online. Once we have cleaned up the site and secured it, we get it back online so that you can resume using it as a marketing tool.
Do I need a staging site?
Staging sites enable you to test updates and changes safely before they go live, which reduces the risk of downtime or broken features. They also eliminate the need for “maintenance mode” and turning customers away during website edits and upgrades.
