How does onboarding work for StateWP support plans?
After you sign up for our 24/7 WordPress maintenance, our expert team will integrate your site into Proto, our comprehensive dashboard, which provides real-time insights into performance and security.
We then use our favorite tools to conduct a full audit, update WordPress versions, remove unnecessary plugins, and optimize databases and images to improve speed and security, all while keeping you informed with a detailed description of every step taken.

After 30 days, you can cancel and use our services until the end of your billing cycle, but cancellations are not eligible for refunds. To cancel, please notify us at least 30 days before the cycle ends.

You can pay monthly or annually for your WordPress 24/7 support plan, with a 15% discount per month if you choose to pay for a year upfront. Monthly payments are more expensive but provide flexibility.
We accept payments via ACH/bank transfer and credit and debit cards.

Are there any extra fees?
We charge a one-time onboarding fee when you first set up a plan: $199 for Starter customers, and $0 for Premium and Elite customers.
Our hourly rate is $150 for any support, consultation, or editing that goes beyond your monthly allowance (or your banked hours).
Hosting is now included with our Premium and Elite plans, and can be added to the Starter plan for $32/month.
