How do I get started?

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. The contract is designed to provide clarity and protect everyone involved.
How does billing work?
We maintain your site for one year and offer rebates for an annual payment. We also offer a monthly billing option for a premium. You can pay with a credit card, debt card or via ACH.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our plans. If you’re not satisfied with our service for any reason within the first 30 days, simply contact us and we’ll refund your purchase in full.

What if I cancel my subscription after 30 days?
If you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you will be able to use our service until the end of your current billing cycle (annual or monthly).
You must cancel your subscription at least 30 days before the end of your billing cycle in order to avoid being charged for the payment period.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, we do! We offer a white-label option if you want to continue working with and managing your clients, and we also offer a handsome referral bonus if you’d like us to manage communication.
How does your white-label option work?
Our white-label option allows you to rebrand our services as your own. This means that your clients will see your name and logo on all reports. You will also have full control over the customer relationship, which means you’ll submit requests and bugs and will send out the monthly reports. You’ll have access to a control panel that will give you easy access to all of your sites.

What is your referral bonus?
Our referral bonus is $1,000 per site that you refer to us that signs up and pays for one year. This bonus is paid out once the annual payment has been submitted and the service has been active for 30 days.

What content management systems (CMS) do you support?
We support WordPress. We can help you with any WordPress website, regardless of the builder (ie Divi, WPBakery, Elementor, Gutenberg), plugins, or hosting platform you use. If your site is on a platform other than WordPress (eg Drupal or Webflow), we can connect you with an agency that supports that platform. Does it matter what hosting provider I use?
No. You can keep your hosting account, but we’re always looking for improvements and may recommend a different provider if we think it will improve your site’s performance. If you decide to migrate to one of our recommended providors, we’ll do it for you at no additional cost.
Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Yes, we do! E-commerce sites require additional support in order to properly run, so it’s imperative that we dedicate the necessary resources in order to keep your site fast and secure. We offer WooCommerce support on our Premium and Elite plans. To get started with WooCommerce support, chose a supporting plan above and send us a message.
Do you offer phone support?
Although we’re good about answering the phone and we’d be happy to chat, we don’t provide web support over the phone. While we don’t offer phone support, it’s super easy to submit requests or report issues via Proto. We respond quickly.
What happens if my site is hacked?
If your site is hacked prior to working with us, we will get you onboarded right away so that we can clean it up and get it back online as quickly as possible. Once onboarded (or if you’re an existing client) these are the steps we will take:
- Identify the issue. We will first identify the cause of the hack. This may involve scanning your site for malware, analyzing your server logs, and interviewing you about your recent activity on the site.
- Clean up the site. Once we have identified the cause of the hack, we will remove all malicious code from your site. This may involve removing infected files, changing passwords, and updating plugins and themes.
- Lock down the site. We will then take steps to secure your site so that it is less likely to be hacked in the future. This may involve adding firewalls, installing security plugins, and educating you about good security practices.
- Get the site back online. Once we have cleaned up the site and secured it, we will get it back online so that you can resume using it.
How long is the response time?
We respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. We will always do our best to respond as quickly as possible and we’ve been known to respond in minutes. Repairs and maintenance may take some time to complete depending on what’s needed, but you’ll hear from us quickly and we’ll be in communication with you frequently if issues arise.
